Region 9 Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund of the Region 9 registration fee (of $160.00 for the 2025 Fall Core Program, $--.00 for the 2025 EPIC Program) through the end of July.  After that date, one half of the registration fee will be refunded through the day before the season starts.  There are no refunds after the season starts (September 6th for the Fall 2025 season).  If the player is injured during a game or during practice and cannot continue playing out the season, the refund will be pro-rated accordingly.

Per National AYSO Policy, the $25.00 AYSO National Annual Membership Fee is not refundable.  That fee will, however, be applied toward that Player's registration in a different Program or in a different Region during the same Membership Year.  [Note: The 2025 Membership Year is 08/01/2025 through 07/31/2026].

The $2.75 transaction fee is also non-refundable.
