All players must play 75% of each game if possible. (i.e. Make sure ALL players will play 3 quarters before any player plays 4 quarters.)
Referees shall not stop a match for this violation, but should politely note this to the coach.
Referees shall record substitutions. Coach Administrator and D.A. will handle these violations off the field.
Goalkeeper Playing Time
The maximum time a player can play the goal keeper position is: 8U: 1 quarter; 10U: 2 quarters; 12U: 3 quarters; 14U: 4 quarters (no limitation).

How Many Players
Adult League Referees
There are two items that are different for Adult League games.
- No Slide Tackles (automatic red card)
It is the decision of the board that slide tackles are not allowed at all. It is too dangerous for the players.
It is advised that you never ever referee you own child at these matches (ask Mr. Huffer). - Unlimited substitutions – every couple of minutes when there is a stoppage, ask if there are any substitutes.
