All winners can pick up their gift card or jar at the Information Booth on Saturday, November 2nd from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.   

        
    Saturday, October 26th, 2024.  From 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

Where:  Meeting Room behind the Information Booth, brown building.

Guests to attend:  Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Managers, Team Referees, and Board Members.

What is it for:  To celebrate and appreciate the hard work and dedication for our AYSO Volunteers to make AYSO Region 9 a premier youth family soccer organization to enrich the lives of the kids in our community.

The Plan:  Breakfast, Snacks, and Lunch for our AYSO Volunteers
Drinks:  Water, Soda, Sparkling Water, Coffee, Orange Juice
Side Menu:  Tray of mixed greens with Ranch or Citrus Vinaigrette
Four cheese mac & cheese, Roasted corn with zucchini
Organic zucchini sticks with parmesan, Fruit tray
Main Menu:  Breakfast biscuits, Mini biscuits, Grilled Chicken, Sub Sandwiches, Pizza
Dessert Menu:  Cookies, Donuts, Brownies, Buntinis

Music and freebees with special seating for AYSO Volunteers

10 winners for any coaches
5 winners for referees
5 winners for team managers

Just fill in your name and team number onto the ticket and put it into
the correct box.  If you have multiple teams with different roles, 
only 1 ticket per person but you can decide what box to put it in for that team number. 

All tickets will be at the Information booth for Coaches, Referees, and Team Managers.


Guess the number, items in the jar.  Closest guess over or under wins.
Tie breaker, closest under wins.
Each AYSO Volunteer will have 2 tickets to guess with 4 jars to choose from.



You do not need to be present to win a raffle or jar.  Winners will be announced after 2:30 pm.

14UB02 in Newbury park at 8 am, 14UG01 in Agoura at 8 am, and 14UG03 in Agoura at 9:30 am, all AYSO Volunteers are welcome to come and celebrate after your games to have breakfast or lunch at our fields.
